Your work and God’s work

If you do nothing, there is no way your work will go well, society will be calm, or the earth will run smoothly. If you don't do your work, your days will be tired, society will be confused, or the earth will shake and explode and crack in various places. For you see it all every day and pretend not to know is to blind your God. So turn back and go to where you first came from. And remember the prayer you first offered to God there. God has been waiting for you there ever since. Because what you promised is your work and God’s work. That's why even God can't give up on you even if He gives up on the world.
