the Way Up and Down

If there is a way up, there is definitely a way down. Even if it's an invisible kingdom of heaven, if there is a way up there, there is always a way down. So, if that's the way you need to go, don't just try to find the hard way up stiffening your neck and raising your head high. Instead, get down on your knees and lower your head and find the way down. Then you will definitely find the way up.
