Even so, if you do as you please and prosper in the world, are honored, and are at peace, it is because you belong to the world. However, know that this is a curse from God. God has forsaken you and left you to do whatever your heart desires. This is the state of those who have been forsaken by God. But if you belong to God, He will wash you like a clean vessel, refine you like pure gold, and lead you to be like the son of God. This is the state of those who seek God and are chosen by God. Don't forget, you too were at first forsake God, and forsaken by God.
