Opportunity for Salvation

You will deny it, but what you heard then, ignoring it, was the voice of heaven. In that sparkling sunlight, while you were in a long dream, how close the heavens were to you, calling you so earnestly. You could not have failed to see it. You will deny it, but what you heard then, rejecting it, was the cry of the preacher. In that raging storm, while you were in a long worry, how close the preacher was to you, calling you so earnestly. You could not have failed to hear it. You will deny it, but what you heard then, cursing it, was the voice of God. In that darkness of the wilderness, while you were in a long despair, how close God was to you, calling you so earnestly. You could not have failed to know it. No matter how much you deny it, the gospel has already been preached to you, just as sunlight, storms, and deep darkness have enveloped you in these past days. You can never excuse yourself for not having had the opportunity for salvation.
