Therefore, everything you see with your eyes, hear with your ears, and touch with your hands is God's evidence to you. So now, wherever you are and whatever you do, even if you do not want to, even if your heart is not happy, and even if it does not mean much to you, don't close your eyes, don't stop your ears, and don't hide your hands.
