The truth gives you a definite framework for life, but it never locks you into that frame. For the truth is given to provide you with freedom. Therefore, if you suppress yourself in order to live according to the truth, it's no longer the truth. So the answer to this is clear. Only those who have the truth can know and do the truth. The truth doesn't come from outside, but from inside you. It's like a seed that wakes up from sleep comes out of the darkness into the light.
